Base Rate
($185/hour)

Consulting, projects, and other out-of-scope services work from this base rate.

VIP Rate
(10% Discount)

For out-of-scope services and projects to clients under a subscription plan.

On-Site Support

1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter, and a $65 call-out fee per visit. (Call-out fee waived for subscription clients).

After-Hours

Support and project work performed out-of-scope and outside of our normal business hours is billed at 1.5 times our base rate. Regular hours rate for subscription clients.

Remote Work

Billed in 15-minute increments, 15-minute minimum for non-subscription clients.

Project Work

We aim to provide a quote and scope for most project work. Upon approval of a quoted project, we may require payment upfront for necessary hardware and software. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. Un-scoped, short engagement, and “ad hoc” projects are billed hourly and due upon completion.
